Track run 10.06.09

Ran on the treadmill...

10 min warm up at 10:30 pace
6 x 800 with 90 sec RI
5 min cool down at 10:30 pace
5 min walking

Total distance 6 miles at 8:13 pace....Very tired!!!! How T got through that one with blisters on her feet is amazing to me.
