Feeling alot better since my first day back to training.
Todays scheduled run 5 miles at mid-tempo pace @ 9:01.
My version (I was a little short on time): 3 1/2 miles @ 8:56 pace (closest to 9:01 that treadmill would do) and the last mile 8:20 pace. Total miles 4 1/2.
I had to take Hannah to gymnastics.
