i thought i would loath getting on the treadmill. last time i was on one i ran speed drills with Shannon & T. it was the first REAL track run from "Run Less, Run Faster", grouling :0

at first i felt like this work out was going to be easy. by the 4th 400 i knew it would be more like a challenge.
