After coming home and showering I could tell that I worked hard because my whole body was tired and sore. The run thurs & the swim drill of today were some of the toughest work outs thus far and I only just started with the book workouts. I'm hopeful that these challenging work outs will push me past the comfort zone I've kept myself in.
