swim 09.04.09
1200 meter swim..started with 300 meter free-style warm-up, then drills of 100 kick & 100 arms then 175 free-style with 50 sprint then back to 100 kick/100 arms and 300 free-style..good swim and off to small group with goggle rings around my eyes :)
